Information we collect

• Account: email, company name and password (stored only in hashed form).
• Research: the information you enter (offer, target customers, countries) and the reports produced.
• Payment: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical: a session cookie required to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to provide the service, bill your subscription, contact you about your account and improve the service. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf, some of them outside Quebec and Canada, mainly in the United States:

• Render: website and database hosting.
• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Anthropic: automated processing of research requests.
• Cloudflare: domain name and traffic routing.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. On request, we delete your account and reports within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (such as invoices).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@getscalescout.com. This address also reaches the person responsible for privacy.
